What comes in the box?
Each order includes the HoopBeam projector, the 360° adjustable base, a USB cable, and a user manual.
How do I set it up?
Set the sphere on its base, connect the USB cable, switch it on and rotate it to aim the projection at a wall or ceiling. A darker room gives the best effect.
How does it work?
HoopBeam projects basketball arena-style light and atmosphere around the room. The base rotates 360° so you can point the projection where you like.
How is it powered and how do I clean it?
It runs via the included USB cable. Wipe the sphere with a soft dry cloth and keep it away from water.
How long does delivery take?
Tracked delivery normally takes 6–9 business days after dispatch. Remote locations, customs, weather, and peak periods may take longer.
Can I return my order?
We do not offer refunds or returns for a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with photos so we can assess a free replacement.
